SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES:
We request that all packages require a signature on delivery. If you will be unavailable at the estimated time of delivery, and provide an Authority to Leave permission, please leave this in the notes section of your order. If you choose to do so, please note that we will not be held reliable for any lost or stolen orders. Any request for Authority to Leave is at your own risk.
We make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time & intact, however some matters are beyond our control. If you feel your goods have been damaged in transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving the goods through email@example.com along with your details and we will assess it on an individual basis.
If you realise that you have entered the address incorrectly and you have paid for your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org urgently as once we commence the shipment process we are unable to change it. The courier will charge you additional costs for this.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED:
To check the status and tracking of your order please enter the tracking number you receive on your shipping notification email into the relevant courier website. In the event you are unable to do this please contact us through email@example.com
Our courier will leave a calling card which will have details on how to collect your parcel from a collection agency near you.
If you do receive an incorrect order please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item that you have received is not what you ordered, these may be returned to us however any use of it is deemed as acceptance by you. If your product is incorrect and needs to e returned to us it must be the product that was ordered, not old product or replaced product. If in the event you have just changed your mind on your items, after shipping and receipt by you, the goods are now your property.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Under our returns policy you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of an acceptable quality. If you believe that there is a fault with a product that you have purchased from us, please contact us through email@example.com and provide us with as many details of the fault as you can. We will assess the issue and it may be replaced, if we deem it to be free of any fault it will be sent back to you. Any products that need to be returned to us must be packaged correctly as they are your responsibility until we take receipt.
