Shipping Policy


Macquarie Medi Spa engages Australia post for the shipping of all orders. We aim to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. Dependant on your area, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7 business days. Some areas that are regional, rural or remote may take longer.


We make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time & intact, however some matters are beyond our control. If you feel your goods
have been damaged in transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving the goods and phone (02) 6332 2062 or email the along with your details and we will assess it on an individual basis.


If you realise that you have entered the address incorrectly and you have paid for your order, please contact urgently as once we commence the shipment process we are unable to change it. The courier will charge you additional costs for this.


To check the status and tracking of your order please enter the tracking number you receive on your shipping notification email into the relevant courier website. Of in the event you are unable to do this please contact us on (02) 6332 2062 or email


Our courier will leave a calling card which will have details on how to collect your parcel from a collection agency near you.

If the item that you have received is not what you ordered, these may be returned to us however any use of it is deemed as acceptance by you. If your product is incorrect and needs to e returned to us it must be the product that was ordered, not old product or replaced product. If in the event you have just changed your mind on your items, after shipping and receipt by you, the goods are now your property. 


Under our returns policy you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of an acceptable quality. If you believe that there is a fault with a product that you have purchased from us, please contact us on (02) 6332 2062 or email and provide us with as many details of the fault as you can. We will assess the issue and it may be replaced.

An exchange may also be sought for a product which has not been opened. Please ensure you are selecting products prescribed for your skin as we cannot refund or exchanged opened products that were chosen without prescription by your Macquarie Medi Spa skin therapist.
